2026年首季重磅发布:智能低代码平台助力中小企业实现全域数字化转型

January 15, 2026, Beijing—During the first workweek of 2026, ZhiLian Yunke, a leading domestic software service and system integration enterprise, officially launched its new-generation "StarLink·Low-Code Intelligent Platform." This marks a new phase for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their digital transformation, characterized by "rapid construction, deep collaboration, and independent control." The platform integrates AI-driven automated modeling, seamless cross-system data integration capabilities, and a full-chain mini-program development engine. It has already been piloted in over 300 small and medium-sized manufacturing and retail enterprises across East and South China, reducing the average deployment cycle to just 7 days—an 85% efficiency improvement compared to traditional development models.

The newly launched Starlink Platform is the result of a two-year collaborative effort between Zhilian Yunke and the Intelligent Systems Laboratory of Tsinghua University, guided by the national policy direction of the "Action Plan for Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (2024-2026)." The platform's core breakthrough lies in its adaptive workflow engine, which automatically identifies key nodes in a company's business processes and generates executable microservice components through natural language input. Additionally, the platform features a built-in "One-Click Compliance" module that automatically configures data security and audit rules based on the industry and regional regulatory requirements of the enterprise, significantly reducing compliance risks for SMEs during their digital transformation. In terms of mini-program development, the platform supports multi-platform synchronous publishing, covering WeChat, Alipay, Douyin, and proprietary application ecosystems, enabling "develop once, reach all channels." It has already helped a chain restaurant brand achieve a 47% increase in online orders during the Spring Festival marketing period through customized mini-programs.

Industry experts point out that with continued policy support and declining cloud computing costs, the demand for lightweight, cost-effective digital solutions among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is expected to surge by 2026. According to the latest report from iResearch, China's SME informatization market reached 1.8 trillion yuan in 2025, with low-code and mini-program-related services accounting for over 35% for the first time. The launch by Zhilian Yunkee not only responds to market demand but also drives a paradigm shift in system integration from "project-based delivery" to "platform-based operations," enabling businesses to achieve continuous iteration of their business systems and cross-departmental collaboration at a lower threshold.

Looking ahead, with the deep integration of generative AI and edge computing technologies, intelligent and scenario-based software services will accelerate their penetration into county-level economies and small and micro enterprises. It is estimated that by the end of 2026, over 500,000 small and medium-sized enterprises across the country will have completed basic digital transformation through similar platforms. Zhilian Yunke announced plans to launch a customized version for agricultural cooperatives and community merchants in the second quarter of 2026 and initiate the "Thousand Enterprises Empowerment" public welfare program. This initiative will provide free technical diagnostics and training support to enterprises in underdeveloped regions, further advancing the implementation of digital inclusion.
